At Sawhney General Store, we aim to deliver your bridal accessories with care, safety, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the dispatch and delivery of your orders.

🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

🕒 Order Processing Time

• Standard Products: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• Customized Orders (e.g., bridal chooras): These take 4–7 business days to process before dispatch.

📌 Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

🚛 Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

• Other Locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch

• Remote Areas: May take longer depending on courier service availability

📦 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free shipping on all prepaid orders)

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 additional COD charge (if available for your pincode)

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can track your package using the courier’s website or app.

• DTDC

• India Post

• Bluedart (based on pin code availability)

🚫 Delayed / Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be delayed or returned due to:

• Incorrect/incomplete address

• Recipient unavailable

• Remote location delivery issues

• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.)

In such cases, we will try to contact you. If undelivered, the order may be returned to us.

🔄 Re-shipping Policy

If a parcel is returned due to customer error (wrong address, phone not reachable, etc.), customer will bear the re-shipping cost. We will contact you for confirmation before re-dispatch.
