Return & Refund Policy

At Sawhney General Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personalized and delicate nature of our bridal products (especially bridal chooras, bangles, and custom wedding accessories), we follow a limited return and refund policy.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

  • You inform us within 2 days of delivery.

📌 Note: Products like customized chooras, bangles, or items worn on skin are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization concerns.

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sidharth.sawhney6723@gmail.com or 9419196645 within 2 days of receiving the product.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the item showing the defect/damage.

  3. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only:

  • After we receive the returned product.

  • The product is inspected and found eligible as per return terms.

Once approved, the refund will be issued:

  • To your original payment method (Online Payments)

  • Within 7-10 business days after approval

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI, for which you must provide valid details.

❌ No Refund / No Return in These Cases

  • Custom-sized or personalized bridal chooras.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Return request made after 2 days of delivery.

  • Products returned without approval.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.
